6+ years and mastery of Pega Development standards

Pega recommended education to a Pega Lead System Architect level

Implement technically complex workflows, rules and data structures in the workflow tool

Developing conceptual and technical design

Efficiently perform the day to day design documentation, analysis and development tasks

Partners with infrastructure and business teams in order to design solutions and resolve business system issues

Works closely with members of the development and QA teams to review requirements and implement solutions

Participates in meetings, provides input to presentations, and provides consulting services to business partners and Bas

Participates in walkthrough reviews of specifications and technical designs

Define ad-hoc processes as necessary

Develop business rules that work in conjunction with business processes to ensure a complete solution
